Significantly Reduce Inputs

Because water neither drains away from the root zone nor tunnels to the surface, fertigation events and the quantity of fertliser can be significantly reduced.

Tunneling water reaching the surface increases evaporative loss, concentrates salts, forms hard-to-penetrate crusts and allows weeds to germinate and flourish.  Maintenance costs are reduced because fewer herbicide applications are needed.

KISSS Agriculture creates a totally new, uniformly moist and more favourable root zone. The larger, capillary driven wetting pattern pushes undesirable salts out of the root zone.  Stronger, healthier roots are more able to exclude salts and absorb nutrients.

The dry soil above KISSS Agriculture and absence of weeds is evidence the water – and the salt - stays down where it belongs.
